You may not be using the correct login details. When you first subscribed, you should have received an email with your login information. Please double-check to make sure that you're using the correct username and password. You can do this by going to your email and to search for "info@renthero". Don’t forget to check your Spam or Ad folder.
If you have forgot you password, you can reset your password as follows:
- Click on the icon at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Sign in"
- In the pop-up window, click on "Forgot password".
- You will be prompted to enter you email address. Afterwards an email will be sent containing a link to reset your password.
Another possibility is that you may have registered on a different website. Please ensure that you're trying to log in on the correct website.
