When tenants can contact you
Tenants can contact you once your property listing has been approved and is visible on the platform. Before that, the listing may still be under review and not yet available to renters.
This usually means:
- tenants contact you through the property listing page
- they can reach out once your property listing is approved and visible
- interested renters may send inquiries to ask questions about the property
- tenants may also contact you to arrange a viewing
What happens after a tenant contacts you
After a tenant contacts you, you receive the inquiry through the contact method you selected for the listing. You can then reply directly and continue the conversation with the potential tenant.
After that:
- you receive the inquiry through your selected contact method
- you can reply directly to the tenant
- you can answer questions about the property
- you can discuss availability or rental details
- you can arrange a viewing if appropriate
