- users can cancelbefore the trial ends to avoid renewal
- the renewal terms are shown before the subscription is activated
- users must accept the Terms and Conditions during signup
- once the trial renews into a paid subscription, the charge is treated as a valid subscription renewal
When a refund may be considered
